If you are interested in possibly trading some games at Spring 2010 FoH, please post your offers.  See FoH Chain Trade.
There is no risk and anything that does not trade can still be entered into the onsite auction.

If you have no idea what a Chain Trade (also called a Math Trade) is: In a nutshades, it's a way to trade a whole bunch of games by chaining together everybody's available games and matching them to what each person wants.  A computer algorithm ensures fairness and removes risk: you can only get a game you prefer over what you are offering. (Or at worst, you may just keep your original offered game.)  For more info on Math Trades in general, see http://www.boardgamegeek.com/wiki/page/Math_Trades.

The dates we had chosen originally fell on Easter weekend, so we have reverted to our optional weekend of March 26th, 27th and 28th. We are very sorry for any plans this may have disrupted by issuing the earlier dates and will be more diligent when choosing next years FOH-Spring event.

Yes, unfortunately the calendar we looked at didn't mention that the April date was Easter weekend.  Sad

I am sorry about the mess up with the first dates posted here and on the main page of the website.

The good news is that we are getting the upstairs rooms at the hotel, the ballroom area so there should be plenty of room for us to set up large wargames.

"The dates are confirmed as April 2, 3rd and 4th of 2010."

Though now I take a peek at the homepage and the dates are tentatively set for the last weekend of March --sooo....do I need to change my submission for vacation time?

Hi there!  I am excited about the spring convention, but I'm a bit concerned that the overlap with Easter this year may create more conflicts that if it happened to overlap with another convention.  Just wanted to bring this up in case the dates are still flexible.

Thanks!
